Ron Barker Quality Meats was established in 1987. We are a traditional family butchers that provide fresh, high quality meat. We prefer the personal approach and value our excellent customer service. Every request is always met with a smile – no matter how small or large. We are an independent butcher’s shop and have an outstanding reputation for quality based on customer satisfaction.

Local and traceable meat
We believe in supporting local farmers and the local economy, therefore, our beef, lamb and pork are provided by carefully chosen suppliers in the Midlands. We also like to contribute to the sustainability of the local area by keeping the food mileage low, which ultimately reduces carbon emissions. Our beef, pork and lamb are all traditionally farmed and all our meat is traceable too. We also traditionally prepare all our meat.
Homemade sausages and burgers
We’re very proud of our sausages and burgers as they are homemade and produced fresh on the premises. We’ve created our own special recipes, which our customers love. They are made fresh several times a week and we make thousands of sausages every week!
